Inland Transportation Coordinator

ATEC Systems is currently seeking an Inland Transportation Coordinator to manage logistics for our customers. Daily operational functions include truck dispatch, tracking and customer reporting. Industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage pick-ups and deliveries
  • Customer service with internal representatives, carriers, warehouses, etc.
  • Tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Effective, detailed communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent information processing skills for problem solving and decision making
  • Ability to thrive in an office atmosphere


  • Minimum two (2) years� experience in 3rd Party Logistics industry preferred but not required.
  • Secondary education preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
